The intermediation in the sales of establishments, is another one of the services that Destinatour.com offers their clients on the Iberian Peninsula.

option of purchase on the same one.


The service of intermediation offered by Destinatour.com includes, but it is not limited to, the analysis of the product, the object of the sale, economic valuation of the same one, identification of its strong points, selection of buyers, advising during the negotiations and the closing of the sale.

Our work methodology will add value to your establishment and is based on the following premises:

5. Advising during the negotiations. Destinatour.com will assign a Consultant with the suitable experience to advise the owner on the strategies and tactics to use during the negotiations of the process of sale of the PRODUCT.

6. Advice during the closing of the sale. The Consultant assigned to the project will advise the owner to identify the suitable moment to make the closing of the sale of the PRODUCT.
